RUSTIC CHICKEN PESTO PIE

This is the latest pizza to make it on the “official” menu at Park Street Pizza. It is so good that we wanted to give it the proper introduction. We have officially named this as our May 2012 Gourmet Pizza of the Month. It includes our housemade Pesto sauce made from scratch with locally grown basil, all natural grilled chicken breast, red onion, fresh locally grown tomatoes, mozzarella and feta cheeses, finished with a light dusting of our special herb and cheese blend, and topped off with a slightly spicy hot mix relish.

THE SUMMER SALAD

This warm weather classic is back and better than ever…featuring a blend of local lettuces from Sweetwater Farms picked daily right here in Sugarcreek, fresh sliced strawberries, candied walnuts, mandarin oranges, fresh basil locally grown by Boltz Family Farm in Stonecreek, crunchy chow mein noodles, and crumbled Feta cheese, served with our Housemade Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing.
