The History of Park Street Pizza

January 2003 – Began our pizza journey, unaware at how obsessed we would soon become. Originally named Crossroads Pizza…then Rock’s Crossroads Pizza.
July 2005 – Started the Gourmet Pizza of the month program after years of trying recipes for fun and finally introduced them to the public.
October 2008 – Built a new building which allowed an opportunity for our customers to dine-in and renamed our business Park Street Pizza. We wanted to create a brand that would not only represent great pizza, but represent our commitment to the Planet and our Community.
Since the beginning we have always focused on the customer’s satisfaction. The highest quality food with the friendliest staff have always been our main goals, along with striving to give our customers a unique experience with original pizzas you can only get here! We want to stand out from the crowd with a superior experience in every way.
All ingredients are carefully chosen for flavor and quality. The tomatoes we use for our pizza sauce are the finest California tomatoes picked at the peak of the season and canned within 6 hours of being harvested. We also try to use local produce from local farmers whenever possible, partnering with April Showers Greenhouse, Sweetwater Farm, Strawberry Hill Farm, and LocalCrop.com. This practice allows us to offer our customers the freshest and tastiest ingredients while supporting our community and local farmers. By doing this we are helping to reduce the need for produce that is shipped from halfway across the world, wasting precious fuel and creating more pollution.
